How Our 20-Point-Maintenance Program Works

Our thorough preventative maintenance inspection on your air conditioning and heating unit is scheduled biannually, six months apart. Usually, once before the summer and a second time before the winter. In addition to receiving priority entitlement status, all 20-Point-Maintenance Program customers will receive 10% off any repairs needed during that time.
